since no steamers could consent to wait until others

were bunkered and actually moved from the wharf.

Many of the principal lines will be using this fuel,

and our contracts provide that we shall supply them

with bunkers at the rate of 100 tons per hour

is very easily done if undue restrictions are not put

in our way.
