Many of the principal lines will be using this fuel,
and our contracts provide that we shall supply them
with bunkers at the rate of 100 tons per hour
is very easily done if undue restrictions are not put
in our way.

our Hongkong Agents writing us that experience has shown
them that all applications to the local government to
get these Rules altered are treated with contempt.
